I would say no the Fsir is not a copy of Dahon or Montague at all but a totally new design which actually gives it a very strong and stiff frame here kudos to them for not copying for once. Dahon has nothing that even looks similar to this. And it swings like the Montague but not really the same. The Montague swing around the seatpost and have a small clip system while the Fsir swings on a massive bearing under the frame ahead of the seatpost. After that the seatpost dual quick release clips holds the entire fold together. But as for Solorock copying or licensing off the design from fnhon i wouldn't know. But they can probably even be purchasing it from fnhon since they are bike manufacturers and would probably take the highest bidder if you want their frames.
