I like the cinnamon idea.. and maybe will try using hot milk instead of water. Longer rides I'll also do one fried eg, over medium on wheat toast.
At one time I also included Craisins until I bothered to check their nutritional content, virtually zero and discovered they add/use sugar in the drying process. Still use some in salads for flavor though, just not too many.
