It is nice to have a dedicated trainer bike that never moves and I never have to change tires, mount, etc. It just makes it that much easier to hop on before/after work and not have to add a few minutes here and there to set it up. Over weeks/years, those few minutes add up.
Yes, and in that sense, I think the wear and tear is greater on
us than it is on dropouts and shifters.
