Googling other similar bikes I read a lot how the Specialized Cyrus is fast. Is the 7.2 similar in speed? IS th Cyrus advantage the narrower tyres?
The 7.2 stock tires should handle cobblestone. The hardcase tires are tough! Specialized Sirrus you mean. The bike itself is not fast, it is really up to the rider. The Trek and Specialized are comparable (depending on model). The Specialized may give you more bang for the buck. Ride them both and see what hits you.
