Ditto. I'm 53 and have had back problems for 35 years. Core exercises, planks, sideplanks, situps with medicine ball and lots of muscle rolling with a foam roller have made my cycling pain free. Only took the better part of a lifetime to solve. But hey I can ride and ride with no back pain now.

It's tough isn't it? Sometimes I really struggle with sticking to my core routine. It's just so boring and hard :/
