for 19USD plus 10USD for the thickest plain spherical lenses. They have not arrived yet but I am hopeful. I don't mind a bit of distortion and when I look this much of a dork the thickness does not matter either.
For another 20USD you could have thin lenses aspherical lenses and tinting is another 10USD I think. I.e. some strongish two bolt rimless for about 60USD.
If you don't mind thick glass, then these are tinted for 19USD

There is no need to have such a tall lenses if you would rather not look like a dork but I find that in my drops I need this much glass to see out of my brows, which are not as sexy or raised as those of Jack Nicholson.
