It will be tricky. The spacing on that will 110mm, so you will have to find a wheel that has a freewheel hub in that spacing. The frame is aluminum so you won't be able to respace to a wider dropout. Does the chainstay bridge have a hole drilled in it? You'll likely have to use a caliper brake, if you are able to find a suitable hub. I don't know of a drum brake hub that is 110mm... And you don't have V brake posts.

The fork is another story, but if anyone has something for it, it would probably be an RST. Some of the low end ones don't come with a steerer, so that you can get one that works with your bike... It's a threaded stem, but not sure if its 1" or 1 1/8. Take it to your LBS, if they are helpful and competent they should be able to figure out if and what it will take, but worst case scenario it might be time for a second bike.. Which wouldn't be a bad thing.
