You are absolutely right. But I don't think it's a BikeForums thing, I think it's an American thing. I sometimes read UK bike blogs. They are full of brilliant commentary, tongue and cheek humor, and no hostility.

So I'm out of here. And, yes, I know... don't let the door hit me in the ass on the way out.
