I refrain from using the term fixie here because it does seem to bother some members. However i have no problem with it, seems a natural language progression, a thing people do. Like calling a bicycle a bike.

Just for argument's sake, they are not all track bikes. My kilo OS has fenders, and 40mm tires.
I even have an Alton minivelo that came fixed from the factory. The factory even calls it M Fixie.
