The rider was ticketed for impeding? How exactly was the officer impeded? He had plenty of room to give them a wide berth, then re-enter the lane well before any oncoming traffic got close. Unfortunately, the officer is like far too many motorists who think a second or two off the throttle or a drift to the left is an impediment. I honestly don't get that mentality.
