I know, Pics - but sadly dark already and its in the car still. It says 4130 on the lower seat post tube.
I believe it is a lugged frame.
It has no model name that I can see. Have to look is detail in a day or so.
It has flat bars not that it cant be a replacement.
Split Quill @ the bar (where some one cranked it to 100 lbft).
27" steel rims.
5 speed rear.
2 speed front with sugino Maxi crank.
Shift levers on the lower tube 3" from the steering neck.
