'Got a form letter response when I complained to AMTRAK about not offering Roll On Service on the Lake Shore Limited from NYC across upstate NY, to Chicago. I think I'm going to start writing politicians like Chuck Schumer, this would be right up his alley. You & others who see lack of this service out of NYC as a big gap may wish to do likewise.
