Bikes: not enough

2014 BMC TM01..
Yes I race with it and climb although I prefer not too.. sustained 4-5% is ok... but anything over 6% sustained, I'd rather ride my road bike.
53/39 in front.. thinking of putting in a 36 for those uphill TTs
11-25 out back.
