I've started a 20' test and in the first 3 minutes decided I didn't have it and dropped into a to 2x20' at FTP workout (my test day is usually 20' test followed by 20' low end of SS).
Tested yesterday and all the hard work of the winter has my FTP up 2.5% since November (also up ~2.5% from this time last year). Am I stupid for being ecstatic with that result? Measurement error in a PT is what 2%ish?
