So some 23 year old college kid comes into the office today. Says he's been having pain in the front of his big toe that is sharp. Clearly the problem is an ingrown toenail just by listening to his story and looking at it.

He then tells me he recently saw a "doctor" at school who saw it and did xrays and blood tests and said it's gout.

I tried not to laugh but that's such crap care it blows my mind. Wrong on so many levels.

Phew, I feel better getting this off my chest.
