If you are asking me, then no. it is threadless and oversized (a downhill unit).
Jones loop are 31.8mm clamp diameter so you will need a quill to to threadless adapter and a 31.8mm threadless stem or there are a few quill stems made for 31.8mm. Just make sure they are "pop top" meaning they have a removable cap as opposed to the old style with a pinch bolt.
