My lung power is nothing special, my blood pressure is completely normal, and my resting heart rate varies plus or minus a couple of beats around the mid 60s, as it has since I was young.
On the plus side I have no serious medical problems and am on no regular medications, and just keep ticking along, getting slightly slower, with more aches and pains as I age.
I only know one person in their 60s who exercises with any intensity and I do not know anybody your age on zero meds. So, my guess is that you are doing a lot of things right/well.
