What's the matter? At least in my case, as the bulge grew just within weeks of purchasing, the riding the bike (on really smooth Wisconsin roads, mind you...), the more impossible it was to keep the headset properly adjusted. As the head tube basically accordions, the bearing races also went out of parallel as it was bulging started at the front f the tube....
