sorry for the delay. I went ahead and purchased the cannondale from craigslist. I took it into my LBS for a tune up and to get sized and they seemed to think that I got a pretty great deal on the bike. they set the bike up and checked everything out and said that it actually didn't even need a tune up because everything was in working order and that the previous owner had taken great care of it. it weighed in at 17.4lbs and so far has been working amazingly! I want to get some new shifter hoods for it but I dont know what year or style my ultegra shifters are and so far havnt been able to find them on the internet so im going to assume they are older. thanks again everyone for the advice!
