Maybe this is in the wrong place, but I would appriciate you guys helping me out. I just purchased a compact crank to put on my road bike. I will have to be changing my BB size since I am going from a triple to a double and a square to an ISIS. I know my shell is 68, but what should my spindle be? The old one was 68x118. Should I go down to a 68x113? One shop told me over the phone 113mm, but on performance.com the 113mm bb said it was for a mtb? Im confused!
