I just changed tires on my old yellow MTB from 2.1" knobby tires to 2.0" tires with more of a hybrid tread. Despite that it seems like the clearance between the tire and rear v-brake cable is much less than before. Could these actually be taller (larger circumference) than the knobby tires? Is there any reason to be concerned about this minimal clearance?
