Aluminum:

Alan CX - de-bonded at the head tube

Carbon:

Specialized Roubaix Pro - BB sleeve de-bonded.
You must really dig hard coming out of the hole. My '85 Trek 460 flexed quite a lot at the BB but never cracked.
