tried riding harder and longer...still cramp up. it's almost like clock work now. as soon as i hit 30 miles i start feeling it. usually right at 35 miles i cramp. i've tried different drinks, different chews and even eaten prior to the cramp threshold. nothing has worked. i've tried pickle juice once with good results, i guess i need to give it another shot.
