Working on a Proctor bike

Picked this up about a month ago.
The mytenspeeds site has some info on Proctor frames - built in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
I'm almost done cleaning, cabling and lubricating. It came with 2 sets of tubular wheels - one Shimano 600 and one Campy - I'm not really interested in getting into tubulars. It had 6 speed but the rear triangle is set at 130 mm. I've put a modern wheel in it for now with a 8 speed cassette. Shimano 600 crank and brakes. Campy shifter and derailleurs.
Pictures are as bought - owner didn't even wipe the dust off.
Probably paid slightly too much - owner told me he had a firm offer and I would have to meet it. Turned out his firm offer was someone that was going to pay with Paypal and have it shipped to the US - I figure one of those usual Craigslist type scams.
