So I removed the BB and one or both of the bearings are shot (probably over tightened). Is there way to replace these bearings without specialty tools or should I just send it to Phil?
I noticed their BB instructions spec 40 N-m and their all-in-one product torque spec sheet says 27 N-m. Interesting.
