Update on this too. Since determining this was a Clubman I decided to pull most of the newer parts off and throw on a set of flip flops I had and a different bar. I did have to put a spacer (copper to match saddle ) as mentioned as I am not sure I am going to put a clamp type headset on but wanted to see if I like.

It's looks ok but I will probably do a build thread down in the next month or two and braze on the pump peg. I won't be going original but the missing peg drives me nuts and the color hides the lugs.
