Put it on Burst mode (I do 1 photo/sec). It leaves you with a lot of photos to sort through, but your chances of getting a crisp in-focus shot is much better. Hit the shutter button to turn it on and move your hand around to get the angle desired. Hit shutter button again to stop shooting.
