My steel V3 has morphed into a Ti V3 thanks to the new/old unused frame I picked up last week. Waiting for a rear brake - bike was being set up for 650c wheels - I'm using my existing 559 Velocity wheels. Front disc brake doing all the stopping for the time being. Instant 4 pound wt. loss is a good thing.
