Yes it is, thank you for your help. I plan on keeping the bike for life so these are good additions. I can do basic work like tires,chain but taking apart the bike further than that will require someone with more knowledge than me. I am talking to someone who will probably do the work who specializes in these old bikes. I will want to change the wheels for sure, even with new pads i doubt the brakes would work well on these wheels. I live in an area with very steep hills and need better performance.
