The expander plugs are obviously great, but I have had really good luck with plain old Bontrager plugs. I run Lizard Skin tape, and the plugs that come with it are horrible. I have yet to have a Bontrager plug come out. Of course, I realize that having a "b" on the bar ends won't sit well with the snobs, but they do work well.
