Bikes: Fuji Roubaix Pro & Quintana Roo Kilo

I don't count calories, but I feel I've cut down some since October. I've been running 3 days a week along with one strength training day at the gym. I've gone up a few pounds. I'm pretty sure I'm losing fat and gaining muscle and bone density though.
