Although have smoked all my life. My lungs are shot. I started doing this after taking a drug test for a job. Seems they noticed too many protiens and ketones. Blood test came later, and the results told me to start eating better and get some excercise. Due to not eating well, I dropped close to 20 lbs in the past 6 to 8 months. From 200 to 180.
