So how many of you file off those little protrusions from the end of the fork that are there to keep your wheel from coming off if the quick release skewer is opened?

I find them a big pain in the rear end and plan of filing them flat with the drop out so that I don't have to unscrew my skewer each time I mount and unmount my front wheel to put my bike on my car rack.

That is, of course, unless someone gives me a compelling arguement against doing so.
