As for charging time, I believe that depends on the device irrespective of the battery at some point. The iphone 6 has the ability to charge quite fast on a 2.4A supply, if I recall. Most USB chargeable battery devices are not set to charge that fast so comparing to an iPhone 6 is probably not going to be a good comparison.

I'm more concerned with charging capacity, i.e. how many recharges I can get out of my battery, 15000 mAh. If I assume 30% lost to inefficiency, that should still get me 6 recharges, irrespective of the hub.
