Looks like she may be a Specialissima from the mid-sixties. The 3TTT Gran Prix stem is a helpful dating aid. It launched ~1965-66. If the Campagnolo hubs are original to the bicycle you should be able to read a two digit date from the inner face of the axle locknuts.

Her Campagnolo Record rear mech launched ~1963. She wears the old 151mm bcd Record chainset.

If all fittings original would expect she must date from the 1965-68 time.
