Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

Enve is most popular but I like my Ritchey WCS fork just fine. It is paired to my Habanero Ti frame. I know it can handle 25 but I don't know about 28, you may need to check the specs.
