It looks like they offered a Tourney road group a couple of years ago, but I don't see it on their site now. As far as groupsets that they actually sell as a group, Claris is at the bottom. There are the unnamed numbered derailleurs like 2200 and 2300 that can be purchased as replacement pieces and end up OEM on lots of super budget hybrid and road bikes.
I'm not actually sure what happened to the Tourney stuff. It was the 15 dollar MTB derailleur for the longest time, but I don't see it under MTB stuff, either.
Cheap, functional, AND a collectors item!

I have a set right here. Look much like an older 2300 set, with thumb shifters and all, but with a 7 speed RD.
Interestingly, this bike came with a Tourney crankset as well. It's what attracted me to the bike.
Have seen folks flocking to the 7 speed brifters, to use on older bikes.
