This was a hard ride for me. IF was 1.069 and I think my FTP is a little too high, I'm coming back from an injury and not where I was before I got hit, so the true IF was probably higher. Bunch of short, punchy hill repeats. Doing this twice a week to balance a bunch of long, moderate rides.
Average HR is lower than the OP's, perceived effort much higher, this was a deliberately hard workout, so nothing to see here.
