The model is (of course) the Nuova Racing, Bianchi girl knows her thing when it comes to the years, but since she hasn't responded yet to the photos, I'd think 83-84. Serial number sometimes has the date as the last two digits. Could be on the underside of the bottom bracket, could be like mine on the seat tube. Value depends on actual condition. It's always more if cleaned up really nice, but obviously that requires time or investment if you can't do the work.
