It's always been my understanding that Campagnolo introduced the 144 mm BCD cranks for the 1967 model year and did not not produce it concurrently with the old crank. Furthermore the Nuovo Record rear derailleur was introduced for the 1968 model year. So, if those are Super 68 brakes, introduced for the 1968 model year, I wouldn't expect to see a Record rear derailleur and the 151 mm BCD crank, unless the brakes were replacements. Enlarging the pic, it looks like they say SUPER 68 on the arm, as opposed to the BREV 453949 of the Model 51 brakeset.
