Looking for recommendations for a good bag for a jersey pocket that would fit a spare tube, CO2 inflater, spare CO2, multi-tool, and a couple tire levers.

Maybe even my phone? Note 5

I have all of that in a seat bag currently, but this year I'll be doing a lot of group rides after work which will require me leaving my bike on the (locked) roof rack during the work day. I don't want to leave anything on the bike that is easily removed and I think it would just be easier to have something to toss in my jersey pocket than to remove/replace the seat bag.
