Heh, small world I was 6th in that race. Got caught in some traffic at the finish and lost momentum on that final kicker.
I haven't done the Sunday race before, it will be interesting to see how tough those hills are for me, especially since I'm about 40 lbs heavier than I like to be.
I think I saw you out there today (black skin suit?) and I believe you won? If so, congrats.
That climb today was starting to suck pretty bad the last couple laps for me. I think I was on your wheel the last time we made the turn at the top. I was the bat city guy hanging on for dear life. The finish was a cluster, I thought the 40+ guys still had a lap to go and they would let us by. There must have been ~30 guys in front of me at the line and I didn't realize how few were from our race. I ended up 9th. Great weekend of racing. No wrecks and terrific weather for this time of year.
