Thanks for sharing! I can remember a lot of negative experiences with motorist and but only one positive in particular.

I was waiting to cross one of the bridges over the Columbia River once in Eastern Washington. Traffic was pretty heavy so I was on the shoulder waiting for a break. After about 15 minutes a guy in an old pickup pulled over and asked if I was trying to cross the bridge. He ended up letting me get in front of him and basically following me at my speed across the bridge holding up the rest of the traffic behind him. When I got to the other side him and everyone else sped by. Wish he had stopped so I could have thanked him!

It would be cool to hear other peoples positive experiences.
