good choice, the $1000 Jamis Dakota does not have as good of brakes, or gear set. Not bad stuff, pretty much the same as I have on my bike, but the Trail 2 is a step up on components. And the XC30 coil spring fork is not near as nice as the 30 gold air fork.
Yes, thank you. I could have gotten the Trail 5 for $625 on sale, but I wanted the to step up to the air shocks and SLX/Deore components. I think I made the right decision.
