Just added up my Strava results for the last week and I logged 52 miles in the last 6 days. Really enjoying riding outside so much more than staring at the wall on the trainer. Still off the Pepsi and watching the junk food intake. The scale did say I gained four pounds. Bummed about that number but realizing that I can't lose every single time I'm on the scale. Really enjoying this forum and all the great advice being shared here. Thanks for all the motivation everyone.
