That is British thread, very common. Probably 90 percent of square taper bottom brackets have that frame threading. One of my bikes is Italian threading, which is different.

You want to get one with the same spindle length as the old one. If you lack good ruler and live by an REI, they want less than $20 for one, they could measure it for you. If they ask if you have a 68 or 73mm shell, your data (above) says 68mm.
