We're a small team too - and even smaller this year because of laying off half the company. Add to that 4+ of us mainstays can't ride this year because of going to weddings, pregnancies, and other commitments. I'm not sure if the rest of the team ended up doing R2R or not, but even last year it was like pulling teeth to get people to volunteer. I helped out at a rest stop, so did my wife, and we had two guys do a SAG for one ride. It's definitely harder for small teams.
