Looks like a "Record" track hub. Record track hubs didn't have the oiler port the road hubs have. Does the body have the script Campagnolo over a globe (your attachment doesn't work for me)? The locknuts should have a date stamped on the inner face (e.g. "CAM 68" to indicate a 1968 hub), but that assumes the locknuts are original to the hub.
