Yes. Provided you don't need maps (turn by turn directions from .TCX courses do work) or more than ~15 hours it'd be hard to do better.
I didn't start shopping for something else until I discovered middle age gave me patience which outlasts daylight. That means rides > 100 miles from home where I want maps if forced to detour, and need a GPS computer I can charge while using.
