Put the crankarm in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove and quickly install the arm on BB or in a vise and pour boiling water over the crank around the pedal axle threads and wrench away. Worth a try and as mentioned some penetrating oil a few days beforehand can help. The best are Kroil or a 1:1 ratio mix of Automatic Transmission Fluid and Acetone.
